Meet Cary
Cary earned his accounting degree and his CPA in 1982, and became a certified ontological coach in 1992. He started consulting because business owners had so little actionable financial data to work with, and because the organizations behind them lacked a system of processes to run the business.
His approach is practical: get the numbers right, put processes behind the critical functions so the business does not depend on the owner, then design the future on purpose instead of reacting to it.
